SPF 50 Face Mist

The site: Indio, California in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Mountains…This special place is known for many things but takes no prisoners when it comes to several aspects. Thirst, fatigue and the sun being just a few. Coachella is one of my favorite events of the year but you have to be prepared. No one wants to be a dehydrated, burnt, dancing fool. There are plenty of those, trust me.

Let’s fast forward to my trip to Target right before we get down to business and enter the shuttle system taking you into the mayhem of the festival. Face mist, extra earplugs to hand out to strangers that didn’t know any better and some Liquid IV. More to come on the must haves for Coachella, but let’s get back to business. Vacation Inc. was founded in 2021 and is gaining some heavy traction (let alone attention) in the sun-care category. The 1980’s inspired marketing and packaging gives you that beach vibe from the “Playing with the Boys” volleyball scene in Top Gun circa 1986 and feels so right. It makes you want to coat your nose in teal Zinka, click on your fanny pack and crack open a PBR.

Once you spray the mist, the coverage is great (and you get a little surprise of color when you take the lid off, you’ll see). There is no sting or bad smell and you don’t feel like you can taste the product all day long. Water resistant for 80 minutes and broad spectrum, it covers your bases. So spritz it up, this summer is going to be a great one.
