While strolling through one of Denver’s finest food festivals, “VegFest Colorado,” I stumbled across this intriguing brand. Not only do I LOVE their logo which caught my eye immediately and made me audibly squeal with glee, but the sauce lives up to the book cover. I eat this deliciousness usually over tofu or chicken stir fry but honestly it’s good on countless savory dishes. The combination of the sweetness and heat while adding in the tropical flair of the pineapple grants you this masterpiece.
